Service rules and responsibilities
Terms of Use
Last updated: September 2026
These terms apply to the cross-border network acceleration and international route subscription services provided by VPNUD. By accessing, registering for, or using the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to follow these rules. If you disagree with any part, stop using the service.
Service scope and features
VPNUD provides network connectivity across 110+ countries / 230+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The regions, route types, and client access points available at any time are shown in the user panel.
The service is intended to improve connection paths for cross-border access, international websites, and related online services. Availability may be affected by carrier networks, target service policies, the user's location, device settings, and public network conditions. Included traffic, active status, and reset rules follow the selected plan. Traffic remains available until used and never expires.
Account and subscription rules
No email address is required for registration; users can create an account with a username and password. Users must protect their login details and are responsible for subscription management, route connections, and service activity under their account. If credentials may have been exposed, change the password promptly and check the account status.
VPNUD allows unlimited concurrent devices, so users may use one subscription on devices they manage. This does not permit public disclosure of accounts, subscription details, or connection credentials. Reselling or renting subscriptions, using an account as a public service gateway, and broadly sharing access with unspecified users are prohibited. The account holder is responsible for abnormal account activity or traffic usage caused by voluntarily disclosing credentials.
Lawful use requirements
Users must follow the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and in the context where the service is used, and must independently confirm that their network activities comply with local requirements. VPNUD must not be used for unlawful purposes, including infringing others' rights, distributing illegal content, maliciously attacking network systems, accessing data without authorization, committing fraud, or disrupting other users' normal access to the service.
Users must also follow the terms of the websites and online platforms they access. VPNUD provides network connectivity and does not endorse third-party content, account policies, regional rules, or transactions. Disputes between users and third-party services should be handled under the relevant platform's rules.
Availability and liability
VPNUD maintains and adjusts the service based on route status, capacity planning, and network conditions. Maintenance, carrier failures, equipment issues, public network fluctuations, target service changes, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control may make some routes temporarily unavailable, interrupt connections, or change access results.
The service is delivered according to its actual availability. VPNUD does not separately guarantee continuous access to any particular website, application, content region, or third-party account, and is not responsible for results caused by device failures, incorrect settings, system restrictions, or third-party service changes. To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect loss, business interruption, or third-party conduct is governed by applicable law.
Restrictions and termination
If an account is used to resell subscriptions, publicly share credentials, support unlawful activity, maliciously consume route resources, disrupt service operations, or repeatedly violate these terms, VPNUD may restrict related connections, suspend account functions, or terminate the service based on the impact. To protect the platform and other users, VPNUD may require an account security check when necessary.
Users may stop using the service, but doing so does not automatically cancel an active subscription or traffic package. When an account is restricted, users may still review available support options through the user panel. Where information must be retained or processed by law, VPNUD will act in accordance with applicable law and its privacy policy.
Refunds and changes to these terms
A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 7 days of the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through the service entry in the user panel so the account and order status can be verified. Beyond the refund arrangement expressly stated in these terms, payment processing is also subject to the rules and actual procedures of the Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT channel used.
VPNUD may revise these terms due to service changes, legal requirements, or security policy updates. Revised content will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be changed accordingly. Changes that materially affect user rights or responsibilities will be announced through available on-site channels. Continued use of the service after an update means acceptance of the revised content; if you do not accept it, stop using the service.
