Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
This policy explains what information VPNUD processes when providing cross-border access, network acceleration, and international route subscription services, why that information is processed, and how users can manage it. Using the service means that users have read this policy; anyone who disagrees with it should stop using the relevant features.
Data Collected and Processing Purposes
VPNUD does not require an email address for registration. Users can create an account with a username and password, so the service does not collect a registration email for account creation. The account system processes usernames, authentication credentials, and necessary account status information for login verification, plan delivery, security checks, and account recovery. Text, attachments, or email addresses that users voluntarily submit in a ticket are used only to handle the relevant issue.
Order records include the selected plan, order amount, payment status, creation and completion times, and refund processing status. This information is used to confirm service entitlements, resolve billing issues, apply refund rules, and verify transactions. Access statistics may include pages visited, access times, referring pages, browser type, operating system, and approximate region. They are used to identify page failures, assess content availability, and protect site security.
No-Logs Principle and Connection Data
VPNUD does not record which websites users visit, retain browsing content, request bodies, search content, or communications, or create browsing profiles that could be used to reconstruct individual online activity. Data required for route transmission is processed only while completing connections and forwarding traffic.
To maintain connections, calculate plan traffic, and investigate anomalies, the service may temporarily process account identifiers, selected route regions, connection status, transferred traffic, and error information. Connection status is not normally retained long term; temporary information needed for the current session is cleared when the connection ends. Diagnostic records retained for a security incident or specific ticket are limited to what is necessary to resolve the issue and are deleted or de-identified when that purpose is complete.
Cookies and Local Storage
The site may use Cookies or browser local storage to save login status, language preferences, user panel routes, and necessary security status. This data helps avoid repeated logins, preserve interface choices, and complete account operations; it is not used to build cross-site advertising profiles. Users can clear this data through browser settings. After clearing it, users may need to log in again and reselect their language or interface settings.
If a browser restricts necessary storage, login, order confirmation, subscription access, or ticket functions may not retain their state correctly. When viewing public pages only, users can still manage Cookies through the controls provided by their browser.
Orders and Third-Party Payments
VPNUD supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payment confirmation is handled by the relevant third-party payment service or transaction network, whose data practices are governed by its own rules. VPNUD does not directly obtain the complete payment credentials used during third-party payment, but it receives the order number, amount, payment status, and transaction result necessary to complete the order, activate the service, verify the order, and handle disputes.
Before entering a third-party payment page, users should also read the provider's privacy notice. Information independently collected by third parties is not directly controlled by this policy, but VPNUD uses returned transaction results only as needed to complete the order.
Data Retention, Deletion, and Security
Account information is normally retained until the account is deleted. Order and refund records are kept as needed for transaction verification, dispute handling, and applicable legal obligations; after those purposes end, the data is deleted or de-identified. Access statistics are retained only for the period required for site operations analysis and security checks, and are not used to reconstruct specific activity on international websites.
Users can log in to the user panel and submit a ticket to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account-related data. After receiving a request, VPNUD first completes the necessary identity verification and then processes eligible content for deletion. Information that must be temporarily retained for incomplete orders, dispute handling, or legal obligations is handled after the relevant purpose ends. Deleting an account may make existing subscriptions, order history, and service entitlements unavailable.
Policy Updates and User Choices
VPNUD may update this policy when service features, data processing practices, or applicable rules change. Updates will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be changed accordingly. Changes that materially affect data processing may also be announced through the user panel. The updated policy takes effect when published.
Users can stop using the service, clear local browser data, or submit a data-processing request through a user panel ticket. Continuing to use the updated service indicates that the user is aware of the revised policy.
