Start with a nearby region, then adjust based on the target service’s location.
FAQ and connection troubleshooting
Start by identifying the issue type, then check the account, client, local network and route in that order. The plans, refund policy, coverage and payment methods on this page reflect VPNUD’s current service rules.
Supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux.
Submit refund requests through the ticket section in the user panel.
First determine whether the issue involves the account, device or route
The same symptom can originate at different points. Following a consistent order reduces interference from repeatedly importing subscriptions or switching routes.
Check the account first
Confirm that you are signed in with the correct username, then check the plan, orders and subscription status in the user panel. After switching browsers or devices, do not accidentally use another set of login details.
Then check the client configuration
Update the existing subscription and confirm that the route list has loaded. If the configuration has not refreshed for a long time, delete the old subscription, then retrieve and import it again from the user panel.
Finally compare the network and routes
Keep the device and local network fixed, changing only the route for comparison. Do not change the routing mode, browser extensions and system network settings at the same time, or it will be difficult to identify the cause.
Account and subscriptions
Instructions for account creation, retrieving subscriptions, updating configurations and switching devices.
Do I need an email address to create a VPNUD account?
No email address is required. Create an account with a username and password. Keep your login details safe, and avoid using different credentials in multiple browsers. After creating an account, you can view plans, orders, subscriptions and client access from the user panel.
Where can I find my subscription link?
Sign in to the user panel and find your current subscription details in the overview or client section, then import them into the client for your platform. Do not copy subscription details to public pages or share them with others, as they provide access to routes available to your account.
How do I update my subscription link?
Find the current subscription in your client and run an update or refresh. If the route list still has not changed, delete the old subscription from the client, then retrieve and import it again from the user panel. Before doing so, confirm that the client is using the subscription details provided for your current account.
Do I need to purchase again when I switch devices?
No. Switching devices does not require another purchase. VPNUD supports unlimited devices, so the same account subscription can be used on Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. On a new device, retrieve the client and subscription details from the user panel.
What is the difference between a monthly subscription and a data package?
Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date, making it suitable for regular use. Data packages remain available until used and never expire, making them useful when usage is occasional or unpredictable. Choose based on your typical video streaming, development tools, web browsing and file transfer usage.
Connections and troubleshooting
Identify the issue step by step through the client status, system network permissions and routing settings.
The client says it is connected, but webpages still will not open. What should I do?
Switch to another route and reconnect, then fully quit and reopen the browser. If the problem affects only one browser, check whether it has its own proxy, extensions or security software rules enabled; these settings may override the system connection created by the client.
Why does a particular app not work through the proxy?
The app may be using its own network settings, or the current client may be handling only some connections. Check the client’s global, rule-based or per-app settings, then close and restart the affected app. If webpages work but the app does not, check the routing rules first.
What should I do if no routes appear after importing a subscription?
First confirm that you imported subscription details rather than a regular webpage address, then update the subscription in the client. If the list is still empty, delete the configuration and import it again, and check that the system date and time are correct. If the client is outdated, retrieve a platform-compatible client from the user panel.
How should I troubleshoot frequent disconnections?
Use one route consistently while testing instead of switching automatically. Then check your local network, system power-saving settings, the client’s background permissions and security software rules separately. If changing networks resolves the issue, the cause is usually local. If several routes fail, submit a ticket and include your platform and the symptoms.
What should I do if I cannot reconnect after changing networks?
After the network changes, the old connection may still be retained by the system. Disconnect in the client, close it, reopen it and select a route. If the system still shows an active connection, disable the corresponding configuration in system network settings, authorize it again and reconnect.
Speed and routes
Choose based on distance, target region and route type, not just a single speed test.
What should I do about slow speeds during peak hours?
Start with a nearby region to reduce the length of the international route. If the target service requires a specific region, try another route in that region. During peak-hour testing, avoid large file transfers and compare IEPL, relay and direct routes for stability during continuous use.
How should I choose between IEPL, relay and direct routes?
Choose based on how your current network actually performs. IEPL routes suit situations where international-route stability matters most. Relay routes optimize the connection through an intermediate path. Direct routes are more straightforward but can be more sensitive to changes in the local and international networks. No route type is ideal for every region and time of day.
Why does the same route perform differently on different devices?
The device operating system, Wi-Fi quality, client settings, background tasks and routing rules can all affect performance. Connect the devices to the same local network, use the same route, and pause file syncing or system updates before comparing them. If the difference remains significant, check the client permissions for the relevant platform.
How should I choose a route for Streaming or AI Tools?
Choose a region that meets the target service’s requirements, then compare route types within that region. Streaming depends more on the exit region and sustained data transfer, while AI Tools may also be affected by the account region, browser state and changes to the exit location. Keep the region fixed during use and avoid switching repeatedly in a short period.
Which regions does VPNUD cover?
VPNUD provides 110+ countries / 230+ routes. Routes are shown by region and type. Start with a nearby region, then adjust based on the location of the target website or service. The coverage figures indicate the available choice; actual performance still depends on your local network and time of use.
Billing and refunds
Plan prices, data rules, payment options and refund instructions.
What monthly subscription plans are available?
Monthly plans are ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date, and mid-cycle upgrades convert the price difference into remaining days. Choose based on your typical usage; the user panel shows the current order status.
What data packages are available?
Data packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB. They remain available until used, never expire and do not reset monthly. They are better suited to irregular usage when you want to keep any remaining data.
How are mid-cycle plan upgrades handled?
When you upgrade a monthly subscription mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Before upgrading, check your current plan and order details in the user panel, then choose the required tier. Afterward, update the subscription in the client to receive the route configuration for your account.
Which payment methods are supported?
VPNUD supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Open the user panel, choose a plan or data package, and complete payment using the method shown on the checkout page. After payment, return to the orders section to check the status. Do not submit the same order more than once.
How do I request a refund?
VPNUD offers 7-day refunds. To request one, sign in to the user panel, open the ticket section, select the relevant order and describe your request. Check the order details before submitting; you can follow the status in the same ticket.
