SUPPORT SCOPE

Issues Suitable for Tickets

Describe the outcome and environment by issue type; this is more useful than simply writing “it doesn't work.” You can include the following information directly in the ticket.

Account & Subscription

Include your username, current subscription status, and the items you want checked. Do not submit your password or full subscription link in a ticket.

Connections & Routes

State the platform you use, selected region, route type, error text shown by the client, and the type of service you were accessing when the issue occurred.

Billing & Refunds

Identify the relevant record and explain your question. Refund questions can be submitted by ticket; eligibility for the 7-day no-questions-asked refund is governed by the Terms of Service.

BEFORE SUBMITTING

Prepare Your Details Before Submitting

Complete information reduces back-and-forth questions. Submit only what is needed to investigate the issue; do not paste your password or full subscription link into the message.

What should I include for a connection issue?

State the platform you use, selected route region, what actually happened after connecting, the error text shown by the client, and approximately when the issue occurred. If switching routes produced a different result, include that too.

How should I describe a subscription or billing issue?

Provide your username, the relevant record visible in the user panel, and the items that need checking. Do not submit your password or paste the full subscription link.

How long does it take to receive a ticket reply?

Support handles tickets by issue type and submission order. Actual wait times depend on the complexity of the issue and the current queue, so no fixed response-time commitment is provided. Check the ticket record in the user panel for updates.

Why doesn't this page list an email address or Telegram contact?

There is currently no public email address or public Telegram contact configured. For now, submit questions through the user-panel ticket system.
